現任陽明大學神經科教授，PLoS ONE學術編輯，the Journal of Headache and Pain 編輯，亞洲抗失智學會理事，台北榮總神經內科住院醫師教學計劃主持人，台北榮總人體試驗委員會副執行秘書, 台灣臨床失智症學會理事, 台灣頭痛學會監事，美國神經學學會院士。臨床和學術專長為失智症、行為神經學和頭痛。
